Derek McCammon gave a special 4th of July message on July 2nd.   His lesson celebrated America’s 224th birthday and asks the question “Is America growing closer or farther to God?”  Listen to his lesson on 07-02 and hear what the scriptures say.  Listen in RealAudio

Wallbuilders is another ministry that is dedicated to show how America was founded on Christian principles.

The lesson on 07 -09 teaches on 2 Timothy 2:15 which is “study to show thyself approved unto God, a workman that needeth not to be ashamed, rightly dividing the word of truth.”  Click here to listen and be sure and download the handout as well.

The lesson on 07-16 covers the scripture in 1 Tim 2:3-4 (KJV) says “For this is good and acceptable in the sight of God our Saviour; Who will have all men to be saved, and to come unto the knowledge of the truth.”   Not only does God want all men to be saved,  He also wants them to come to the knowledge of the truth.  Click here to listen now.

The Sunday lesson on 07-23 continues the study on the armour of God found in Ephesians 6:10-17. The emphasis this week is on the Breastplate of Righteousness.  As Philippians 3:9 says “And be found in him, not having mine own righteousness, which is of the law, but that which is through the faith of Christ, the righteousness which is of God by faith”.   Listen to this lesson here!

Put on the whole armor of God!  The Armour of God series of lessons about Ephesians 6:10-17 began in June 2000.  Click here to go to the entire series and listen to them all!

The Sunday lesson of the week on 07-30 zero’s in on the third piece in the armour of God - “having your feet shod with the preparation of the gospel of peace”. This lesson also gives a good example of using right division by identifying all the differenct gospel’s in scripture and encourages you to find out which one’s apply today.  How many gospel’s are there?  Listen now to find out!
