All Truth - Part 2. The lesson on February 8, 2004 is the second studying the idea of All Truth. All Truth incorporates the last body of truth that
was given in scripture. The Apostle Paul was selected to reveal The Mystery that was not hidden in Old Testament scriptures but hidden in
God before the foundation of the world. Christ promised that the Holy Spirit would lead us into all truth yet any promises given during the Gospels
or Acts period are based in Old Testament truth’s. When you become a Christian, you don’t automatically know all truth. It comes with the
study of scripture and learning what Paul describes as The Mystery which was given to us and completed scripture. Truth in scripture is progressive and it
culminates in the last body of truth that was given. As you study scripture rightly divided, you will find this is the final destination for the Christian to
know that Christ is all in all and we are complete in Him. Click here to listen now.
Religion and Tradition
. Religion, as defined by Webster's Dictionary, is, among other things, "any specific system of belief, worship, conduct,
etc., often involving a code of ethics and a philosophy; an institutionalized system of religious
attitudes, beliefs, and practices"; and also "a cause, principle, or system of beliefs held with
ardor and faith". It is derived from the Latin "religio", meaning "reverence", which in turn is
derived from "religare", to bind back. It is, in fact, a bond. Tradition is defined to be "the delivery
of opinions, doctrines, practices, rites, and customs from generation to generation by oral
communication. It is an inherited, established, or customary pattern of thought, action, or
behavior (as a religious practice or a social custom)". It is in theology, an unwritten saying,
action or a code of laws attributed to the founder and the earlier promoters of a religion. It is
derived from the Latin "traditio", meaning "action of handing over", from "tradere", to deliver.
The difference between a religious practice and a social custom is rather a new concept. In
ancient times - times, during which most of the existing religions were founded -- every social
custom was, sooner or later, accepted as a religious practice. Therefore, Religion and Tradition
are almost taken to belong to each other, so much so that some would take the two as synonyms. That explains why the
zealous are so zealous to maintain traditions as a religious obligation. To them, every tradition is but a religious tenet. So,
when is tradition or religion bad? When it gets in the way of the Word of God! How can you tell the difference between
good and bad tradition? Let the Word of God be your guide. The lesson on February 8, 2004 discusses how religion and tradition can dilute the Word of God. Click here to listen now. Be sure and download

All Truth - Part 3.
Studies of the Scriptures, rightly divided, brings us to all truth for today. All
truth is progressively revealed in the New Testament. During the Acts period we don’t see any
new revelation but the continuation of what was established with the law and the prophets.
We don’t see any new truth revealed until the prison epistles of Paul where in Colossians 1:25
-26 (KJV) he states “Whereof I am made a minister, according to the dispensation of God which
is given to me for you, to fulfil the word of God; Even the mystery which hath been hid from
ages and from generations, but now is made manifest to his saints:” This ministry was given to Paul and was called “the mystery”. God’s desire is for all to understand this truth. The lesson
on February 15, 2004 continues with a third lesson on All Truth. Click

All Truth - Part 4
. This lesson is the fourth in a series based on the book “All Truth” by J. Eustas Mills which discusses how God
has revealed his truth progressively throughout scripture. It also
reminds us how God has promised to give us “all truth” and it’s our responsibility to take it. All
scripture is written for us but not all scripture is to us. This means that we have to learn the
principles of right division so we can differentiate our truth for today vs. the instructions for
yesterday in another calling. For example, the rich young ruler asked in Matt 19:16 (KJV) “Good
Master, what good thing shall I do, that I may have eternal life?” The answer we would have
today to this question would be that we believe on the Lord Jesus Christ as your personal
savior. However, at that time, Jesus answered in Matt 19:17 (KJV) “ Why callest thou me good
? there is none good but one, that is, God: but if thou wilt enter into life, keep the
commandments.” Who today would say that is the requirement for eternal life? No one would
because God changed the plan. The lesson on Feb, 22, 2004 continues with the lesson on “All Truth”. Click here to listen now.
Fret Not.
The scripture in Psalms 37:1-8 specifies three “fret-nots” that provide us direction in how our walk should not be afflicted with stress. “Fret not thyself because of evildoers,
neither be thou envious against the workers of iniquity...Rest in the LORD, and wait patiently for him: fret not thyself because of him who prospereth in his way, because of the man who
bringeth wicked devices to pass. Cease from anger, and forsake wrath: fret not thyself in any
wise to do evil.” In addition to the “fret-nots”, the passage instructs us in the right direction. “Trust in the LORD, and do good; so shalt thou dwell in the land, and verily thou shalt be fed. Delight thyself also in the LORD; and he shall give thee the desires of thine heart. Commit thy
way unto the LORD; trust also in him; and he shall bring it to pass... Rest in the LORD, and wait
patiently for him:” The lesson on February 29th, 2004 is given by Leland Maples of LOOPS
ministry who gives an update on the LOOPS ministry in addition to the lesson on the passage in Psalms. Click here to listen now.
